Terms of service

These terms govern use of the DrMarketo panel. Creating an account means accepting them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that organisation.

The service

DrMarketo is a marketing management panel. It connects to marketing accounts you already own and lets you publish content, read performance and manage listings from one place. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will say so before it takes effect.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• One person per set of sign-in details. Team members get their own, within the seat limit of your plan.

Connected accounts

You connect your own marketing accounts and you keep ownership of them. By connecting an account you confirm you are entitled to manage it, and you authorise DrMarketo to act on that account for the features you use.

Each platform has its own terms and its own policies, and those continue to apply. We cannot override a platform's decision: if Google, Meta or any other provider suspends an account, restricts an API, rejects an advert or removes content, that is their decision and their process. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DrMarketo to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harassing content;
• manage a listing or an advertising account you are not entitled to manage;
• post fake reviews, or misrepresent a business, person or organisation;
• bypass a platform's rate limits, or automate activity a platform prohibits;
• attempt to access another customer's data, or to probe or disrupt the service.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.

Your content

What you upload and publish stays yours. You grant us the permission needed to store it, process it and transmit it to the platforms you have connected, for as long as you use the service. We do not use your content to advertise our own service without asking first.

Plans, billing and trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.
• A free trial runs for the period stated when you sign up. Unless cancelled before it ends, the plan continues and the first payment is taken.
• Recurring payments are notified in advance where the law requires it.
• Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for, except where the law requires a refund.
• Advertising spend is paid to the advertising platform, not to us, and is never included in a plan fee.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in the panel where practical. Features that depend on a third-party API are only as available as that API.

Data and privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data you bring into the service, including data belonging to your own customers.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination your access stops and your data is retained and then deleted according to the periods in the privacy policy. Export what you need before closing an account.

Changes to these terms

We will post any change here and revise the date at the top. If a change materially disadvantages you, we will give notice in the panel before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting it.
